HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Sparks & Feros Optometrists offers free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY GLASSES?
Deliveries on purchase orders will usually be dispatched within 3-4 business days.
Delivery on Australian orders is FREE and your order will be sent out via Australia Post.
An email will be sent to you once your glasses have been dispatched with an order tracking link.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your glasses, simply contact our helpful Customer Service Team via email within 14 days of delivery and they will assist you with an exchange or a return for refund. Unfortunately prescription lenses are non-refundable unless faulty.
WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU PROVIDE?
All frames come with 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Simply contact our helpful Customer Service Team via email and they will assist you with any issues. Please note that scratched or cracked lenses are not covered by warranty.
