Order a pair of Stellest® Myopia Control lenses and your child will receive a voucher for Free Crizal® coating.

For the first patient (child):

  • A parent or carer buys any pair of Eyezen® or Stellest® lenses for their child.
  • We provide the parent or carer a Free Crizal® multicoat voucher at the time of sale indicating store details, the child’s job details for reference and expiry date of the voucher (30 days from the sale.)
  • The parent or carer will be advised that they have 30 days to redeem voucher. If the parent or carer decides to return another day, the voucher needs to be returned to the store for redemption.
